There is a bone defect at the floor of the left maxillary sinus involving the left 1st, 2nd and 3rd molar sockets resulting in communication between the left maxillary antrum and oral cavity. Mucosal thickening is demonstrated in the left maxillary sinus.

Case Discussion
This is a case of oro-antral fistula, which is an abnormal communication between the maxillary sinus and the oral cavity. It usually occurs after tooth extractions, but it can also be caused by infection and trauma.
