Unfused secondary ossification center of both acetabula are seen located at the anterosuperior margin, consistent with an os acetabuli.
Case Discussion
Os acetabuli are unfused secondary ossification centers of the acetabulum located at the anterosuperior margin. They can be congenital and represent a normal variant or can be degenerative in nature and may indicate underlying pathology.
