Case Discussion

An incidental finding of os calcaneus secundarius is a normal variant that should not be mistaken as a fracture.

The os calcaneus secundarius is a well corticated bony fragment with blunt edges and regular shape, located between the calcaneuscuboid, talus and the navicular bones.

N.B In our case backslap used because of an ankle sprain.
