Small bony fragment is located between the anterosuperior calcaneal process and the cuboid bone.

Case Discussion

In the differential diagnosis, anterosuperior calcaneal process fracture due to avulsion of the bifurcate ligament or OS calcaneus secundarius may be considered.

In this case, the bony fragment has well-corticated margins, small size, and regular interface, supporting the diagnosis of OS calcaneus secundarius rather than acute fracture.
