Radiographs of the right foot revealed a 5 × 10 mm sized accessory bone with well corticated margin between the navicular and the medial cuneiform, but no equivalent in the left foot.

An os infranaviculare is an accessory bone between the navicular, medial cuneiform and intermediate cuneiform bones and is rare.
