Presentation

An atraumatic 2-year history of pain on the dorsomedial aspect of the right foot, which worsened with activity.

Patient Data

Age: 45
Gender: Male
x-ray

Radiographs of the right foot revealed a 5 × 10 mm sized accessory bone with well corticated margin between the navicular and the medial cuneiform, but no equivalent in the left foot.

Case Discussion

An os infranaviculare is an accessory bone between the navicular, medial cuneiform and intermediate cuneiform bones and is rare.
