Foot pain, no trauma

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

Bony spur between proximal part of first and second metatarsals, consistent with os intermetatarseum.

1st metatarsophalangeal and interphalangeal joints showing mild osteoarthritic changes.

Hallux valgus noted.
