Bony fragments on the dorsal aspect of the proximal carpus, consistent with a triquetral fracture.
Bony ossicle seen adjacent to the radial styloid - an os radiostyloideum (also called a persistent radial styloid).

Case Discussion
CT revealed (not shown here) the fracture to be a comminuted fracture of the triquetrum and confirmed the presence of an accessory ossicle - os radiostyloideum (or persistent radial styloid).
