Bone structures are preserved, no fractures. Os subfibulare and os peroneum.
Case Discussion
Os subfibulare and os peroneum are accessory ossicles of the foot. The os subfibulare lies at the tip of the lateral malleolus of the ankle and should not be confused with an acute avulsion fracture.
