No fracture detected.
A well-corticated bony fragment at the supero-dorsal aspect of the right navicular bone, in keeping with an incidental os supranaviculare.
Case Discussion
There is an accessory ossicle located at the supero-dorsal aspect of the navicular bone, a typical location of os supranaviculare. As the other accessory ossicles in the body, it is considered a normal variant that is usually asymptomatic.
