Workup for trauma. Incidental finding.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

A small well-corticated bone density at the talar neck's dorsal aspect suggests os supratalare.

There is also a large os trigonum in the posterior aspect of the talus.

No fracture was identified.
