Os supratrochleare dorsale

An ovoid well-corticated bone ossicle (os supratrochleare dorsale) is present in the olecranon fossa. The os supratrochleare dorsale shows internal trabecular pattern.
Case Discussion
In this case the patient is asymptomatic. Obermann and Loose1 in a small case series demonstrated symptomatic patients show post-traumatic changes of the os supratrochlear dorsale, while asymptomatic patients show a normal trabecular pattern (as demonstrated in the case).
