Chronic bilateral, medial foot pain worsened upon weight-bearing and exercise. Bilateral calcaneo-stop procedure performed previously to treat flatfoot.

- Acessory navicular bone is visible on both sides, the left one is partially (Geist type II) the right one completely fused (type III).
- Screws of previous talo-tarsal stabilization procedure visible bilaterally.
