Large superimposed naviculare accessory and a small os supranaviculare up and between talus and naviculare are clearly depicted.
Case Discussion
The tibiale externum was mistakenly considered to be a fracture. As with any accessory bone, knowing their existence is a priority. If the corticated edges of the radiolucent line passing through the region of concern can be defined then it is not a fracture.
