Presentation

Wrist pain.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

There are two well-corticated bony fragments distal to the ulnar fovea, adjacent to the ulnar styloid. Most consistent with accessory ossicles.

Case Discussion

Features are most compatible with a bipartite or fragmented os triangulare, an accessory ossicle located between the ulnar styloid, lunate and triquetrum.
