Well-corticated ossification just adjacent to the ulnar styloid

No fracture.

Persistent ulnar styloid ossicle has to differential diagnosis:

Os triangular: a small accessory ossicle located between the ulnar styloid, lunate, and triquetrum

Ununited old ulnar styloid fracture.
