Gender: Female
x-ray

There is a well-corticated bony fragment distal to the ulnar fovea, adjacent to the ulnar styloid, most consistent with accessory ossicle.

Case Discussion

Features are most compatible with a os triangulare, an accessory ossicle located between the ulnar styloid, lunate and triquetrum.
