Fragmented tibial tuberosity and overlying soft tissue swelling.

Case Discussion

Osgood-Schlatter disease is a chronic fatigue injury due to repeated microtrauma at the patellar ligament insertion onto the tibial tuberosity, usually affecting boys between 10-15 years.
