Bone fragment is seen overlying the tibial tuberosity with soft tissue swelling indicating Osgood-Schlatter disease

This is a 14-year-old active boy presenting with right knee pain and associated swelling. X-ray of the right knee demonstrated bone fragment overlying the tibial tuberosity indicating Osgood-Schlatter disease.
