Presentation

Left knee pain at the tibial tuberosity.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

Bone fragmentation is over the tibial tuberosity. The patellar tendon insertion is slightly thickening.

Fragmentation and soft tissue swelling over the tibial tuberosity.
