Presentation

Pain over the anterior aspect of the tibia.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
mri

This MRI study shows bony fragmentation of anterior tibial tuberosity at the patellar tendon attachment site with bony edema. There is soft tissue swelling and edema. High signal intensity is seen within the patellar tendon.
