Generalized tonic-clonic seizures while in hospital.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Central pontine hyperintensity on T2, FLAIR and diffusion images without abnormal restriction on ADC map.

Case Discussion

This patient presented with hyponatremia correction due to SIADH evolving into generalized tonic-clonic seizures.

Clinical presentation and imaging features consistent with chronic presentation of osmotic demylination syndrome.
