History of prostate carcinoma.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

Multiple sclerotic lesions seen at the pelvic bones, and proximal femora in a case of carcinoma prostate with a pathological fracture through the intertrochanteric plane.

Generalized osteopenia is also evident.

Case Discussion

Multiple sclerotic lesions seen at the pelvic bones, and proximal femora in a case of prostate carcinoma consistent with osteoblastic metastases with a pathological left femoral fracture through intertrochanteric plane.
