Ossification of the Achilles tendon

Plain radiograph of lateral view of both ankles and feet shows ossified structure seen arising from the posterior aspect of left calcaneum. Few calcified opacities are noted in the Achilles tendon of right leg. These features represent ossification of Achilles tendon bilaterally.
Bony spur is also noted along posterior aspect of right calcaneum.
