Spondylodegenerative changes, seen as marginal osteophytes, decreased height of intervertebral discs and irregular end-plates.

Irregular lineal calcification at the posterior vertebral body border occupying the anterior zone of the cervical spinal canal, consistent with ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament.

Irregular lineal calcification at the posterior vertebral body border occupying the anterior zone of the cervical spinal canal, with low signal intensity on T1 and T2 consistent with ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament.
