Linear ossified structure seen to extend from the left posteromedial iliac crest to L5 vertebral body.
No other significant abnormality detected.
Case Discussion
Ossified iliolumbar ligament has no proven clinical significance yet. But association with seronegative spondyloarthritis and hypoparathyroidism can occur.
