Ossifying fibroma

A well-circumscribed lesion with a sclerotic margin and internal lucencies is noted at the medial aspect of the distal metadiaphysis of the left femur. Mild cortical bulging without disruption is observed at the lower part of the lesion.
Case Discussion
Features on the X-ray are most consistent with the ossifying fibroma, a benign bone lesion that should be differentiated from non-ossifying fibromas and fibrous dysplasia.
