severe full-thickness cartilage loss of the medial femoral condyle and medial tibial plateau with bone edema
partial extrusion of the medial and lateral menisci
maceration (complex fissures and wasting away) of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus
surface fissuring, and fraying of the medial patellar cartilage. Mild cartilage loss of the femoral trochlea
marginal tibial and femoral osteophytes
mild joint effusion
