Presentation

Difficulty walking and knee pain.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

Almost complete loss of joint space in all the compartments of both knees.

Exuberant osteophyte formation.

Subchondral sclerosis.

Case Discussion

This is a very advanced example of knee osteoarthritis, with all the features of the disease aside from subchondral cyst formation.
