Presentation

Right shoulder pain with swelling for 2 months duration.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Osteoblastic metastasis to right scapula.

Echogenic metastasis in both lobes of liver. Peritoneal and omental metastases. Ascites.
