Presentation

Persistent pain and discomfort in the right knee, no significant family history

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Sessile with pedunculated bony outgrowth form surface of the bone pointing away from the joint and is contiguous with the marrow involving the distal metaphysis of the right femur. No periosteal reaction or soft tissue component or calcification.
