Presentation

Left knee pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

There is a small bone defect within the medial femoral condyle. A bone fragment is seen in defect. Femora-tibial joint space is maintained. There are no marginal osteophytes. 

Case Discussion

Knee radiographs shows an osteochondral defect in medial femoral condyle which is the commonest site for this pathology.
