Presentation

Knee gave way 6/7, unable to straighten or fully weight bear since.

Patient Data

Age: 13 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

2 cm osteochondral defect (OCD). Fragment lies in the defect on the medial femoral condyle. Sclerosis noted. High risk of loosening and displacement as showen by lucency around marrow surface.   

Case Discussion

Present since 2009 (i.e. 3 years). 3 presentations with pain + swelling over this period.
