Presentation

Chronic and recurrent knee pain since 6 months.

Patient Data

Age: 23 years.
Gender: Male

Evidence of bony defect is seen in the lateral articulating surface of the upper tibia.

Case Discussion

Osteochondritis dissecans  may lead to intraarticular loose bodies. It must be differentiated from acute osteochondral fracture.
