Osteochondral defect of the middleweight bearing of the medial femoral condyle measuring 8 x 17 mm is present.
Mild joint effusion is seen.
Horizontal tearing is present at the body and posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
Abnormal intrasubstance increased signal is present along the course of ACL fibers related to ACL sprain. PCL is unremarkable.
Features are consistent with osteochondritis dissecans. The lateral aspect of the medial femoral condyle is the most common site for osteochondritis dissecans.
