A (1.9 x 2 cm) non-displaced osteochondral fragment inner aspect of medial femoral condyle with marrow edema, in keeping with grade II osteochondritis dissecans.

Mild knee effusion.

Case Discussion

The osteochondral fragment is not displaced from the medial femoral condyle, in keeping with grade II osteochondritis dissecans.
