x-ray

Irregularity with an osteochondral fragment is noted at the inferomedial aspect of the medial femoral condyle.

mri

A detached osteochondral fragment is noted at the inferomedial aspect of the medial femoral condyle with no displacement and mild surrounding marrow edema. A surrounding high T2 rim is noted on STIR (rim sign).
