Presentation

Chronic hip pain on weight bearing. Active soccer player.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

There was an in-situ dissected fragment at the posterior rim of the acetabular notch, that was hypointense in all sequences and partly surrounded by fluid on T2-weighted images. 

Case Discussion

A loose fragment was ascertained by arthroscopy.
