Presentation

Knee pain, swelling and locking following trauma

Patient Data

Age: 17 years old
Gender: Male

Two osteochondral fragments are seen, one of them is seen in situ and involve the posterolateral aspect of medial femoral condyle, the other one is displaced anteriorly and likely arise from the weight bearing area of the medial femoral condyle. Both of them are unstable segments. 

PHMM contusion and large joint effusion
