Knee pain and limitation of movement

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

A small bony fragment is seen separated from the lateral aspect of the medial femoral condyle. It is minimally displaced and surrounded by rim of marrow edema of the medial femoral condyle.

Case Discussion

Stage IV of osteochondral injury by minimally displaced osteochondral fragment.
