Ulnar wrist pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Low-signal loose body between the TFCC and the volar ulnar head. Mouse-bed at the ulnar surface of the distal radio-ulnar joint.

Case Discussion

Findings are in line with osteochondritis dissecans of the ulnar head, a rare clinical entity.
