Defect in the inferior patellar articular surface. Small joint effusion. No other abnormality.

Large knee joint effusion.
Intra-articular chondral fragment the medial aspect of the suprapatellar recess.
Large defect inferior patellar involving cartilage and subchondral bone plate with chondral edema and localized synovial thickening.
