Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Intermittent weight-bearing pain of the right ankle.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

There is a small well-defined osteochondral lesion of the medial talar dome of low signal on T1 and heterogeneous high signal on T2 with bone marrow edema of the medial aspect of the talus and joint effusion in the tibiotalar and subtalar joints.
