Pedunculated bony protuberance arising from the medial aspect of the tibial metaphysis which extends away from the knee joint. It is associated with a cartilaginous cap.
Case Discussion
Skeletally immature patient. Osteochondromas can continue to grow until the epiphyses fuse.
