Osteochondroma

- Right tibial posterior aspect pedunculated metaphyseal region bony outgrowth projecting away from the epiphysis with associated broadening of the metaphysis and medullary continuity.
- A thin regular distinct surface cartilaginous cap is seen measuring about 6 mm in thickness eliciting intermediate to low signal on T1 WIs and high signal on T2 WIs with focal areas of enchondral ossification, just beneath the cartilage cap.
- No erosion or destruction of adjacent bone.
- No asscoiated soft tissue masses seen.
