Age: 12 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

Expansile eccentric bone lesion of the proximal humeral diaphysis, which is lucency is continuous with the medullary cavity. No periosteal reaction. 

Case Discussion

This was confirmed as an osteochondroma after surgical resection.
