Presence of a well-defined exostosis arising from the dorsal aspect of the proximal tibia metaphysis.
Case Discussion
An osteochondroma is a portion of growth, that is a normal growth plate; developing in an abnormal direction. Often, they will cease growth once the rest of the skeleton reaches maturity. Treatment in most cases is not required.
