Bony exostosis along the medial aspect of distal diaphysis of femur with cortex continuing with cortex and medulla being continuous with medulla suggesting osteochondroma.
Case Discussion
Solitary osteochondroma is commonly seen in the distal femur and they typically 'grow' away from the joint.
