A small osseous exophytic overgrowth is observed along the medial aspect of the distal femur, showing cortical and medullary continuity with the underlying bone. The cortex is smooth, without evidence of disruption or erosion. No periosteal reaction.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with an osteochondroma that is a frequently asymptomatic lesion and have very low malignant potential if sporadic and solitary.
