Anterior thigh lump.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Knee x-ray

Arising from the anterior aspect of the distal femur is a sessile bony mass which displaces the overlying muscles. It appears to be continuous with the medullary cavity.

Case Discussion

Features are characteristic of an osteochondroma of the distal femur.
