Right lower thigh pain and swelling

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
mri

There is a well defined pedunculated bony overgrowth at the posterolateral aspect of the lower third right femur compatible with osteochondroma.

It shows continuity with the cortex and medullary cavity of the parent bone.

Cartilaginous cap thickness is measuring about 2 mm.
